1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Unless the context otherwise requires, these definitions apply throughout the entire document.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the gm777 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gm777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in recognition of Indonesian legal and cultural standards. Providing false information about your age constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Residency: The Platform is operated primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering contracts — by reason of mental incapacity or other legal restriction — may not register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active gm777 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at gm777's discretion, and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from any online gambling platform, or who have been excluded by a regulatory authority, may not register on gm777.
• Employee exclusion: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of gm777 or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of gm777 services — including live casino tables, slot games, and sportsbook markets — you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. gm777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

• Accurate information: All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be truthful and current. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gm777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify gm777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gm777 accepts no liability for losses arising from access granted by or through you to a third party.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, gm777 requires satisfactory completion of the KYC process. You must submit a clear copy of your valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or current passport. The KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document receipt.
• Right to refuse: gm777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the gm777 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gm777 does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported payment channels include major Indonesian banks and e-wallets. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• Supported deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfer via virtual account), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet).
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
• Deposit processing time: Bank transfer deposits are credited within two to fifteen minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. gm777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested by fully KYC-verified account holders. The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gm777 support.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed same-day for requests received before 20:00 WIB. E-wallet withdrawals are typically credited within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Indonesian banking business day.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Account dashboard. Players may contact support for information on enhanced limits available under the VIP programme.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. gm777 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties or funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposit suspected to originate from illegal sources will be blocked, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. gm777 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gm777 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Sports bets contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion terms. gm777 publishes current contribution rates in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the specified period and are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts or with multiple devices constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus abuse: gm777 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted.
• Modification and cancellation: gm777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if circumstances reasonably require. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will not be prejudiced retrospectively.

6 Gameplay Rules

By using any game on the gm777 Platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, sportsbook markets, crash games, and instant-win games — you agree to be bound by the specific game rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general terms.

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. gm777 does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP rates reflect manufacturer-certified values and are not modified by gm777.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during gameplay, the round in progress will be settled in accordance with the game provider's own malfunction policy. gm777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of a technical failure attributable to the player's own device or internet connection.
• Sportsbook settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result recorded by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton, etc.) after all permitted post-match review procedures are concluded. In-play bets that are placed after an event outcome has been determined — due to a data feed delay — will be voided.
• Bet cancellation: Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the Player. gm777 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, a data feed failure, or if the bet is placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout cap applies to the sportsbook and is displayed within the sportsbook interface. Casino jackpot wins are subject to the maximum payout terms published by the individual game provider.

7 Responsible Gaming

gm777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to minimise the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge and can be activated at any time through the Account dashboard or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may configure maximum loss thresholds per session, day, or week. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Players may set timed reminders that appear during an active gaming session after a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting gm777 support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. Players under self-exclusion may not open new accounts.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gm777 Platform — including but not limited to the gm777 name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gm777 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

• Permitted use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Prohibited acts: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gm777.
• Third-party software: Game titles available on the Platform are owned by and licensed from their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others). Use of those games is governed by the terms of the relevant provider's licence in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9 Privacy & Data

gm777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Data collected: Registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, device and browser metadata, gameplay activity logs, and communication records with the support team.
• Purpose of processing: Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where consented to.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gm777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Specifically:

• Gambling losses: gm777 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. All wagering activity is undertaken voluntarily by the Player at their own risk.
• Service interruptions: gm777 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. gm777 shall not be liable for losses arising from unavoidable service interruptions.
• Third-party services: gm777 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services — including game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks — even where those services are integrated into or accessed through the Platform.
• Indirect and consequential losses: Under no circumstances shall gm777 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Cap on liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gm777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting gm777 support. gm777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account where any of the following circumstances arise:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to the provision of false registration information, underage access, or bonus abuse.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity — including the use of stolen payment instruments, identity theft, money laundering, or match-fixing in relation to any sports event available on the sportsbook.
• Abusive conduct — any behaviour that is threatening, harassing, or abusive toward gm777 support staff or other players, communicated via any channel.
• Chargeback requests — initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting gm777 support to attempt resolution will result in immediate account suspension.
• Regulatory requirement — gm777 may be required to close an account to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Upon closure of an account, any verified withdrawable balance remaining (i.e., funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements and are free from restriction) will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of circumstances.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gm777 is incorporated and licensed. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gm777 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform.

gm777 operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is made available to Indonesian players in English. Players based in Indonesia access and use the Platform on the understanding that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are complex and evolving, and that it is the individual player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with gm777's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing authority under which gm777 holds its operating licence. gm777's final decision on all disputed matters, including the resolution of technical disputes over game outcomes, shall be considered conclusive absent manifest error.
